Man appears in court charged with attempted murder and sexual assault in Cove

A man has appeared in court charged with the alleged attempted murder and sexual assault of a woman in Cove.
Emergency services were called to a property on Charleston Road North at around 9.15pm on Saturday night (10 June).
Today 31-year-old Kyle Allan from the Aberdeen area made no plea to the charges.
His next court appearance will be within eight days.
