New and homegrown talent

Also on the opening day, YouTuber and podcaster Arthur Hill makes his festival debut, blending comedy and pop in a unique performance.
LA’s NOFUN! collective will also take the stage, fusing alternative rock and hip-hop.
On Saturday and Sunday, Glasgow’s own Lucia & the Best Boys will bring their energy following a UK tour.
Frontwoman Lucia said: “We can’t wait to be back playing the main stage at TRNSMT this year.”
Falkirk’s Brògeal will also make their mark, with their distinctive mix of Scottish folk and punk.
Sunday will bring even more Scottish talent ahead of Snow Patrol’s headlining set.
Tom Walker will take the stage with his soulful hits like "Leave the Light On," while Nathan Evans & The Saint Phnx Band return after a viral sea shanty cover in 2021.
Edinburgh’s rising star, Brooke Combe, will add some soul to the day, and Kyle Falconer, frontman of The View, returns following the release of his third solo album.
'TRNSMT just got even bigger'
Geoff Ellis, Festival Director, said: “This year’s TRNSMT lineup just got even bigger with globally renowned stars, chart-topping rappers, pop sensations, and amazing homegrown bands.
"Festivals like TRNSMT are all about discovering your next favourite artist.
"Whether you’re here for the big names or looking for new talent, TRNSMT is the place to experience incredible performances and the energy of a Scottish crowd.”
