A blaze at Bucksburn Recycling Centre in Aberdeen has been extinguished.

Emergency services received calls at around 6.30pm.

Three fire appliances were called to the scene – it is not known if anyone was injured.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “We are in attendance to the Bucksburn Recycling Centre.

“We received the call at 18:32.

“We have sent three appliances to the scene.”
