Two men have been arrested and charged with drugs offences in Aberdeenshire.

It happened after police found stolen bikes at a farm near to Blairs on Saturday.

Seven motorbikes, including a black triumph street triple bike taken from Edinburgh, were discovered at the site

Officers made the find after tailing a tractor – a quantity of drugs and nearly £10,000 in cash were also seized.

The 19- and 27-year-old men were due to appear in court today.

Detective Sergeant Steven Young said: “These types of crimes are not victimless.

"Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are committed to removing them from our communities.

“Anyone with information about drugs or concerns about illegal substances should contact Police Scotland on 101 or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
