The bus firm confirmed the X67 was involved in an RTC on the A952 near New Leeds due to an icy patch on the road.
Police said they were called to the incident shortly after 7am on Tuesday (November 19).
The driver and passenger on board were uninjured.
A spokesperson for Stagecoach North Scotland said, "We can confirm that one of our vehicles operating on service X67 has been involved in an incident at New Leeds this morning due to ice on the road.
"One passenger was on board, and there were no injuries. Safety is our absolute priority, and we will investigate the full circumstances involved."
It's as a yellow warning for snow and ice remains in place for the North East until Wednesday November 20 at 10am.
The coldest temperature recorded overnight was -11.2c in Braemar.
The Met Office yellow alert warns of snow and hail becoming heavier and more frequent on Tuesday and overnight into Wednesday morning.
2 to 5cm of snow is likely to accumulate quite widely, with up to 10cm in some places by the end of Tuesday.
The forecaster also warned of icy surfaces being very likely.
Aberdeenshire Council gritters were treating the roads overnight and early on Tuesday morning.
It warned motorists to be careful and drive to conditions.
Aberdeen City Council gritted the primary routes - which is around 50% of the roads network - twice overnight and confirmed it has begun to grit secondary routes around the city and priority 2 pavements.
