Police have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with a reported sexual assault in Aberdeen.

Officers received the report around 10pm yesterday, after the incident at Broadhill near Pittodrie.

Enquiries remain ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10pm on Sunday, 12 May, 2024, we received a report of a sexual assault which happened at Broadhill in Aberdeen.

“A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.”
