A96 at Huntly closed after two car crash
It happened just before midday
Drivers are being told that the A96 at Huntly will be closed for some time after an earlier crash.
The route was shut off after the collision involving two cars around 11.35am today.
Officers and emergency services remain at the scene.
Road users are urged to use an alternative route.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The A96 is closed at Huntly due to a crash involving two vehicles which was reported around 11.35am.
“Officers are at the scene and the road is expected to be closed for some time.
"Drivers are urged to use an alternative route.”
