Teenager charged after serious sexual assault in Newark
The 19 year old has been remanded in custody

A 19 year old man has been charged after a serious sexual assault in Newark last Saturday (October 22).
A woman in her 40s was walking along Portland Street at around midnight when she was attacked.
A member of the public confronted the man, involved but he fled the scene before police arrived.
A teenager has now been charged with two counts of rape and one count of assault.
He's been remanded in custody.
