Lorikeets at West Midland Safari Park have been marking pancake day in style, with a stack of fresh pancakes to enjoy!

The park, in Bewdley, Worcestershire, says the treat lasted just ten minutes!

It consisted of apples, grapes and 'delicious nectar' drizzled on top.

Discovery Trail Keeper, Laura, said: "The lorikeets at WMSP have a very sweet tooth so we decided for pancake day to give them their favourite enrichment of apples smothered in nectar, sprinkled with a few grapes, in the shape of a pancake stack.

"This went down a treat - they had demolished the entire stack in ten minutes."
