Police are looking for witnesses after a litter picker was assaulted in Tamworth earlier this month.
It happened at around 2:15pm on September 8, near a shop called Dank Juice on Tamworth Road in Amington.
The 51 year old victim, which was picking up litter, was attacked from behind. He was later treated in hopsital.
A 37 year old man was arrested and bailed a short time later.
Police are looking for a man described as white, in his mid-30s, approximately 5ft 10in tall, of slim build with an English accent.
