Three people have been charged with attempted murder after a teenage boy was stabbed in Coventry.

A 19-year-old man and two 17-year-old boys have been charged after the incident in Kitchener Road on 4 February.

Four more people, all teenagers, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and assisting an offender but have all been bailed pending further enquiries.

Ismail Hussain, 19, and the younger pair who cannot be named for legal reasons, are due to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 5 March.

Hussain was remanded, as was one of the teenagers. The other teenager was bailed.
