Three arrests made by Worcestershire County Lines team
It's in response to reports of 'cuckooing' in the area.
Officers in Worcester arrested three people yesterday (Monday 4 September) in response to reports of cuckooing at an address in the Warndon area.
Cuckooing is a form of action where the home of a vulnerable person is taken over by a criminal to use it to deal, store or take drugs.
South Worcestershire County Lines team recovered a large amount of suspected Class A drugs, along with cash and mobile phones during the raid.
Officers used force to gain entry and were supported by officers from Warndon Safer Neighbourhood Team and the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team.
Two women, aged 40 and 48, from Worcester, and one man, aged 20, from Kidderminster, were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
All three have been bailed while enquiries continue.
