A crowdfunding page has raised thousands of pounds online for the family of two-week-old Ciaran Leigh Morris.
The baby was being pushed along the pavement by family on the High Street in Brownhills at about 4pm on Easter Sunday when the pram was hit by a car.
Since then, hundreds of people have donated and paid tribute.
On Monday, Ciaran's parents paid an emotional tribute to their son.
They said:
"Mommy's and Daddy's hearts will always ache, we love you more than anything.
"We didn't get to keep you for long but we are happy we had the chance to meet you, look after you and call you our son.
"Fly high angel.''
Dozens of flowers have also been left at the scene of the collision.
On Tuesday (6 April), a man appeared in court and has been remanded in custody.
