Ahead of the milestone birthday on Saturday (13 February) we've been back in touch with Stacey, to find out what's happened over the last two weeks:
"The reaction has been unbelieveable.
"I've finished counting some boxes this morning, I've had a delivery this morning, and I think they'll keep coming.
"Present wise, we have over 500, so I've been very busy, wrapping and re-wrapping after they've been in quarantine.
"I was aiming for 100 for her 100 years, it's like I'm working in a post office.
"We've received cards from Singapore, South Africa, Georgia, Texas, New Jersey.
"People have sent some of the most beautiful gifts, she's got quite a few china sets, some books about the Royals.
"She's had loads of broaches, all purple which is amazing, jewellery, chocolate and loads of bed socks, which is great because she loves them.
"She's had pink wafers, which are her favourite.
"She'll be really overwhelmed on Saturday but in a good way, she'll be really happy.
"I've ordered a red carpet, we're covering her chair with purple velvet, we're going to display a crown which we've been sent for her.
"I've counted and put the cards into sacks, we've got a buffet coming from one of our local Morrison's and we've got some champagne on ice for her.
"She'll have her lovely new dress on, she's getting her hair done, I'm going to do her hair, then she's got a beautiful tiara and sash to wear.
"We've also had offers from singers and enterainers so we've got sessions booked in throughout the day".
