Police launch investigation after man found seriously injured in Birmingham city centre

West Midlands Police are investigating after a man was found with serious injuries in Birmingham city centre this morning.

Emergency services were called to Holliday Street at approximately 3:20am.

Holliday Street is currently closed between Bridge Street and Granville Street. Gas Street has also been closed.

The man was taken to hospital in a serious condition.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 101 or contact them via the live chat on the website, quoting log 315.
