Police appeal after a teenager is robbed at knife-point in Redditch

Police are appealing for information following a knifepoint robbery in Redditch
Officers were called to Banners Lane at around 9.30pm on Saturday 6th May.
The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was walking the pathway between Banners Lane and Kenneth Vincent Close in Crabs Cross when he was threatened and robbed by two teenagers.
The offenders held a large knife to his throat and stole a Canada Zavetti parker coat, a Gucci-style pouch bag, £60-80 cash and a data bank for a mobile phone and then made off on foot in the direction of Evesham Road.
West Mercia Police say the suspects are described as:
Suspect 1 :– white, 16-18-years-old, 6ft tall, slim build, wearing a black tracksuit zipped up at the front, wearing a t-shirt over his head as a makeshift balaclava.
Suspect 2 :– white, 16-18-years-old, 5ft11 tall, wearing a grey tracksuit and dark coloured boy warmer, also with a t-shirt over his head as a balaclava only exposing the eyes.
Officers are also interested in hearing from anyone who lives in the local area who has any doorbell footage that may have captured the two suspects before and after they committed this robbery.
