Murder charge after man found dead in Telford car park
Police have named the victim as 41-year-old Anthony Wootton.
Police investigating the death of a man in Telford have charged a man with murder.
41-year-old Anthony Wootton was found dead in a car park on Gresley Close in Woodside at around 6.30am on Monday (17 July).
Ashley Harris, aged 31, of Armstrong Close in Telford has been charged with his murder.
Harris has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today (22 July).
A 40-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice has been released on police bail.
