Man suffers serious leg injuries after being hit by a car in Coventry
It happened yesterday evening
Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a vehicle recovery worker suffered serious leg injuries in Coventry.
The man was struck by a Jaguar XJ on A45 Dunchurch Highway at around 6.45pm yesterday (3 May).
It happened after he had been called to assist with the recovery of another vehicle which had overturned.
The man remains in hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.
No-one else was injured but officers appealing for anyone who was on the dual carriageway, between Broad Lane and Suffolk Close, to come forward with information.
