Man deliberately struck by car in Walsall

Police are appealing for information after a man was deliberately hit by a car in Walsall and are urging the victim to come forward.
Officers were called to Hospital Street near the junction with Gladstone Street shortly before 4:40pm yesterday (15 Feb).
The vehicle drove away following the collision, but was later stopped by officers in Smethwick.
A 27-year-old man was arrested and remains in police custody.
