Man charged after bank break-in in Sandwell

A man has been charged after a bank was broken into in Sandwell.

It happened around 2:30am in Cape Hill yesterday (23 Jan).

The man was detained with the help of a police dog, PD Riot, who tracked him to a nearby garden where he was arrested.

Nathaniel Brown, 34, from Birmingham has been charged with burglary and was remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court this morning.
