The star of Amazin's popular Clarkson's Farm is supporting the search for country heroes in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Kaleb Cooper is encouraging members of the rural community to nominate someone for the Country heroes Awards who have gone above and beyond over the last12 months.

Last year retails firm Mole Valley Farmers launched the initiative to recognise outstanding community support and to find the members of the local communities who stood up to be counted in what was a challenging year for so many.

Joining forces with Kaleb, they're on the search for twelve deserving members of the rural communities across Britain who will receive an entire Country Christmas jumbo hamper from wellies to dog beds to foodie delights.

"Even a nomination can bring people together", Kaleb said.

"Because your neighbour who you don't normally talk to has nominated you and then tells you.

"Therefor that's it, it's a new relationship which has been created,

"Being recognised in something like this could mean the world to someone in a rural community who does so much."

Anyone can nominate someone from their community - from a local farmer, builder or teacher to a local charity, care worker or fundraiser.

Voting is open to everyone, and the nomination window runs from Monday 1st November to Sunday 28th November.
