Motorcyclist from Hereford recovering in hospital after Gloucestershire crash

A motorcyclist from Hereford is continuing to recover in hospital, days after a crash in the Forest of Dean.

Police were called to Lydbrook around 7pm on Friday (25th February), to reports a motorcycle collided with a parked vehicle.

The incident on Stowfield Road involved an orange Honda motorcycle and a red Nissan Juke.

In a statement, Gloucestershire Police added: 'The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 30s and from Hereford, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol. He remains there for treatment.

'Officers investigating the collision would like to hear from anyone who has not already spoken to police who may have witnessed what took place, or who may have relevant dashcam or CCTV footage.'
