A legion of fans are following Hereford FC to Wembley for their FA Trophy final this weekend.

The Bulls are up against Greatet London side AFC Hornchurch in this landmark fixture which will see fans allowed into the stadium as well.

The black and whites last played at Wembley exactly five years ago to the day in the FA Vase but were unfortunately beaten finalists.

They lost 4-1 at the hands of Morpeth but are hoping to turn things around with a brand new squad and management team this time round.

Harry Harris is a HFC fan and also the uncle of striker Joey Butlin.

Harry said: "I can't wait to finally watch a live game after so long in lockdown.

"Obviously to watch a live match, especially at the home of English football in Wembley, is just brilliant.

"I fancy Hereford this weekend. They were unlucky in the Vase final a few years ago but I think this is Hereford's year this year to with the FA Trophy".

Around 45 friends and family of Joey are making their way to Wembley for Saturday's game to rally behind him and the rest of the club.

Harry continued: "Everyone's absolute buzzing for it. We're so excited because it's a once in a lifetime chance for a non-league footballer.

"We're all going to make the most of it and have a full weekend down there and hopefully we'll be celebrating after with a few drinks.

"My score prediction is probably 2-1 to Hereford with Joey scoring the winner."

The FA Trophy is a knockout cup competition for clubs from non-league step one to four.

Hereford entered the competition in the second round this season and have won six games in the competition.

On route to Wembley they have beaten St Neots Town at home, Nantwich Town away, Stamford AFC away, Leamington at home, Aldershot Town on penalties away and Woking at home.
