The funeral of a toddler, who lost her battle with cancer, takes place today at Coventry Cathedral.

Hallie Reeve was just eight months old when she was diagnosed with Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukaemia.

The very rare type of blood cancer develops slowly and occurs in young children. Jamie says, despite several treatments for cancer, little Hallie has failed to respond to it.

Throughout her treatment, she was treated at Birmingham Children's Hospital.

The family of Hallie set up the Rally For Hallie campaign to try and raise £1,000,000 to fund specialist treatment in America.

The campaign - which has raised more than £870,000 - was supported by over 40,000 donators, including Tom Grennan, Coventry City Football Club and Coventry Rugby.

However, on 19 November 2023, Hallie's mum, Kim, posted on Instagram that Hallie had passed away.

Her post began:

"Words will never do you justice Hallie.

"You really were the most gentle, loving, funny, caring, beautiful little girl. The purest soul with the most infectious smile.

"My heart will be yours forever. You showed me what true love is and I will never love anyone the way I love you. Thank you for giving me the honour of being your mummy."

Speaking to Hallie's uncle, Adam Reeve, he said the ceremony at the Cathedral would take place at 11am - before a private service takes place at the crematorium.
