Four teenagers convicted for burglary and motor theft in Worcestershire

They appeared at Worcester Crown Court on 8 September.

On April 10 the teenagers broke into a residential property on Clent Drive in Hagley and stole two sets of car keys and a wallet.

They appeared at Worcester Crown Court on September 8 where they were sentenced after pleading guilty. They had been charged with burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.

Ismael Ilyas, 18, of Matlock Road in Birmingham was sentenced to 18 months in a youth offenders institute.

Mackenzie Bingham, 18, of York Road, Kings Heath in Birmingham was sentenced to 12 months in a youth offenders institute, suspended for 18 months.

The other two teenagers, both boys who are 17 and cannot be named for legal reasons, have been given a youth rehabilitation order.
