Maddi Neale-Shankster, 21, was on holiday in Thailand when she fell from a balcony.
Her family fear she may never walk again.
They set up a fundraising page to raise money needed for her treatment and transportation back home to the UK.
It reached over £76,700.
On the GoFundMe page, they said: "Our beautiful daughter Maddi sadly may never walk again after a devastating fall from a 60ft balcony whilst on her dream holiday in Thailand."
They said she didn't have the adequate travel insurance to cover all the costs of her treatment, adding: "What vibrant 21-year-old would think to read the terms and conditions?"
Karen Neale, Maddi's mother, said in an update that the amount has now reached a figure that will allow them to get Maddi back to the UK. She decided to turn the donations off, but asked people to turn to several fundraisers if they wished to continue to help, including some in Coventry that will go towards Maddi's rehabilitation.
She thanked everyone for their support: "We cannot thank you all so very much for your generosity, we truly never expected this to happen so quickly, and we are forever going to be eternally grateful."
One donor commented: "Praying this young girl will get home soon to embark on rehab. My son sustained a brain injury and has done well following rehab in the UK."
Another wrote: "I pray you get your daughter home soon and she receives the best care you can get her."
