For the first time ever, a virtual 'City Farm Day' is happening to raise awareness of city farms acros the UK.

The day's been organised in celebration of the role the farms can play in connecting people in urban areas, to farming.

There are two in Birmingham, one in Harborne and another in Balsall Heath.

The Balsall Heath City Farm, part of the St. Paul's Community Development Trust, was opened in 1980.

It provides local families with access to animals they might not see otherwise.
