The headline acts for Camp Bestival in Shropshire have been announced today.

FatBoy Slim, Rag’n’Bone Man and Becky Hill will be taking to the stage at Weston Park.

Other artists performing over the weekend are The Proclaimers, Scouting for Girls, Example, , Heather Small and Shed Seven.

It’s not the first time the festival has been held, as it first began in Dorset in 2008.

However, the founders have decided it’s time to take it on the road.

Josie and Rob da Bank are the curator’s and said:

“It’s been so exhilarating to announce a new festival and always exciting to announce the first line up.

“Camp Bestival is not a straight up music festival - it’s a living, breathing art, food, wellness and theatrical extravaganza over 4 days where the tiny leftfield acts playing on are as important as the heavy hitting headliners like Fatboy Slim and Becky Hill.

“Throw in a stunt motorbike and fire field, world beating comedy, laughter yoga, a huge emphasis on dressing up, inclusivity and accessibility for all and we literally can’t wait to unveil it all in August.”

Camp Bestival takes place on August, 18 to August 21.

Tickets go on sale Friday (January 28) at 10am.
