Bullring hosts 'Self-love Sanctuary' to help empower middle aged women
Influencer Luinluland is the face of the event
The Bullring & Grand Central are hosting 'The Self-Love Sanctuary' with influencer Luinluland, to help the "invisible woman feel empowered."
The event on the 9th and 10th February boasts an itinerary packed with free styling workshops, silent discos and a panel discussion between women from all different walks of life.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy music from DJs, positive and empowering affirmations and The Selfie Love Station – that will enable shoppers to capture the perfect selfie.
Fronted by influencer Lou Featherstone, also known as Luinluland, a 50-something British mum who has been travelling across the USA in her vintage bus spreading the word of the Self-Love Revolution.
Lou, who has over 61k followers on Instagram, grew up in the West Midlands and has an obsession with self-love that she wants to share with others. During the weekend she will share her personal journey with attendees through tips, advice and words of encouragement.
She said: "This is our chapter, this is our time, this is our moment to take up space and fill the room. It took me to my mid 40's till I really found my confidence and I can't stand that for other women. It's got to start with you and that's what this is all about."
Danielle Bozward, Marketing Manager at Bullring & Grand Central, said: “We’re so excited to be hosting The Self-Love Sanctuary at Bullring & Grand Central this Valentine’s Day weekend.
"This is going to be two-days of empowerment and fun for our visitors, and we’re sure that everybody who attends will leave feeling fabulous! Lou is such an inspiring presence and anything but invisible, so we’re thrilled to be working with her to offer our customers an experience like no other.”
