Eleven year-old dies after by hit by car in Coventry
The girl suffered serious injuries in the collision last week

An 11-year-old girl who was seriously injured after being hit by a car in Coventry last week has died in hospital.
She was hit by a Toyota Verso on Tamworth Road, near the junction of Waste Lane, on Thursday evening
The girl was rushed to hospital where she passed away in the early hours of this morning.
The family is now being supported by specialist officers as the investigation continues.
The 53-year-old driver of the Verso remained at the scene on Thursday, but was not spoken to by police at the time, because he was getting medical treatment.
Officers say he will be spoken to in due course about what happened.
They're looking to hear from anyone with dash cam footage, or who was in the area at the time.
