Wiltshire based skydiver dies while competing at World Championships

A skydiver, based in Wiltshire, has died while competing at the World Championships in South Africa.
Chris Good - an instructor at Netheravon Airfield - was representing Great Britain in the competition.
The 52 year old was taking part in the Distance section of the World Canopy Piloting Championships in Pretoria yesterday when the accident happened.
British Skydiving shared news of his death in a social media post saying:
"With immense sadness, we announce the passing of Chris Good whilst skydiving in Pretoria, South Africa.
"Chris was representing Team Great Britain at the 10th World Canopy Piloting Championships. He was a cherished member of the team and an exceptionally skilled skydiver. His loss will be deeply felt within our sport.
"Our heartfelt condolences go out to Chris's family and friends during this difficult period.
Chris was a former member of the Army's Netheravon based Red Devils Parachute Display team and a Staff Sergeant in the Special Forces.
Skydive Netheravon have shared a statement:
"It is with deep sadness we mourn the loss of instructor and friend Chris Good.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
