Man stabbed to death on Canterbury High Street

Four people have been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in Canterbury.

Kent Police was called to a disturbance in the city's High Street, near the junction with St Margaret's Street, at 11.31pm on Thursday 10 October 2024.

Emergency services attended and a man in his 20s was found with injuries consistent with stab wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Four men have been arrested in connection with the incident and taken into custody while enquiries continue.

Cordon

A cordon has been put in place in part of Canterbury High Street and officers remain in the area carrying out enquiries.
