Murder charge issued after death of man in Illogan

A man has been charged with murder following the death of another man in Illogan.
Emergency services were called at around 4:20am on Tuesday to reports a man had been seriously injured at a property on Bosmeor Park.
Shane Lynch, 39, who's from Illogan, died at the scene.
A murder charge has been authorised against Daniel Lynch, 38, from Bosmeor Park.
He has been remanded in custody and is due before Bodmin Magistrates Court on Saturday.
Two other people arrested on suspicion of murder - a 22-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman - have been released on bail as enquiries continue.
A 32-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation.
