UPDATE: Four men arrested at Rishi Sunak's North Yorkshire home released

Four men who were arrested on suspicion of aggravated trespass in the grounds of the Prime Minister’s constituency home in Kirby Sigston have been released.

The group were detained on Tuesday afternoon (25 June).

North Yorkshire Police say they've been released on conditional police bail - pending further enquiries.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Four people have been arrested in the ground of the Prime Minister's constituency home in North Yorkshire.

It happened around 12.40pm on Tuesday afternoon (25 June).

North Yorkshire Police tell us their officers were with the four men within one minute of them entering the grounds of Rishi Sunak's home in Kirby Sigston.

The men were escorted off the property and detained on suspicion of aggravate trespass.

The men - aged 52 from London, 43 from Bolton, 21 from Manchester, and 20 from Chichester - remain in police custody for questioning and enquiries are ongoing.
