Georgios Sarris looks forward to Rangers test after Hamilton beat Livingston
Hamilton newcomer Georgios Sarris says he won't be fazed by a huge Ibrox crowd in his side's Ladbrokes Premiership opener against Rangers - because he'll be so focused on the game.
The big Greek defender strolled through Saturday's 2-1 Betfred Cup home win over Livingston, but was substituted in the second half as a precaution as he isn't yet fully fit.
He said: I enjoyed it, it's one of the best championships in the world - they play fast and hard, and have the quality.
For me it's the same if you play with one fan or with 100,000 fans; you need to concentrate on your game, on your team, and your goals. You never see what the other team does, only your team, nothing more.
We play with four lines, we don't play outside, we don't play with fans, it's 11 against 11, so for me it's the same.
I came to Scotland to play against all teams, not only Celtic or Rangers. We play with all teams, not just Celtic or Rangers, so I came to Scotland because in my opinion it's a big league.''
