More than 1400 pupils of Woodmill High School which was badly damaged in a fire and as a result shut down, have learned where they'll be going to learn from next week.

The plans drawn up keep each year group together and make use of facilities in and around Dunfermline. They are as follows:

S1 - Vine Conference Centre

S2 - Queen Anne High School

S3 - Beith High School

S4 -Inverkeithing High School

S5 - Fife College

S6 - St Columba's R.C High School

Department of Additional Support (DAS) pupils will be kept together and taught at Blairhall Primary School, while three classes from Blairhall will be taught at Tulliallan to accommodate DAS schoolchildren.

S1 to S4 children will start on separate days next week although the exact details of this hasn't been worked out.

S5 and S6 pupils go back on Monday 2nd September while DAS pupils are scheduled to return on Monday September 9th.

The plans are in place until at least Christmas.

Buses have been arranged to run to and from Woodmill High School to each of the new locations.

Parents will be informed throughout the day of the new plans for the children's learning.
