Woman who died after being found in burning car in Bathgate named

A woman who died after being found in a burning car in Bathgate earlier this week has been named by police as 47-year-old Ann Drummond from Livingston.

She was found by a member of the public alongside a 47-year-old man, who remains in a serious condition in hospital.

They were discovered near Drumcross Farm on Tuesday evening.

She was rushed to hospital but later died of her injuries.

Her death is being treated as suspicious and enquiries are ongoing.
