Woman dies after falling from Arthur's Seat
Emergency services were called at 2.40pm this afternoon
A woman has died after falling almost 60 ft down a cliff edge on Arthur's Seat.
Police were called at 2.40pm, and a major rescue operation was launched.
Sadly though she was pronounced dead at the scene.
A major investigation's ongoing to establish exactly what happened.
The woman's identity isn't yet known.
