Woman dies after being hit by a lorry in West Lothian
She was knocked down on Friday morning
A woman's died after she was hit by a lorry in Broxburn.
The crash happened in the town's East Main Street at around 11.20pm on Friday morning.
Another woman is receiving treatment at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary after the incident, although police say her condition isn't serious.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Inquiries are ongoing and anyone who witnessed this and has not yet spoken to officers is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 1199 of April 5."
