There are plenty of stunning spots in Edinburgh if you're planning to pop the big question, but how about on the bus?
That's exactly what Atilla San did earlier this week on a number 7 Lothian Bus service from Newhaven to Little France, much to the shock of his girlfriend San.
It's a more romantic gesture than it perhaps sounds - the pair met on that very service back in August.
