The COVID crisis cancelled the annual residential school trips this year.
The last of 3,000 P7 kids from more than sixty Edinburgh schools have been enjoying outdoor adventures in the Pentlands - replacing the residential trips cancelled by COVID.
The last group headed to Bonaly Scout Centre earlier today.

During the pandemic, as part of Scottish Government guidance, there have been no P7 residential trips to Edinburgh Council's outdoor learning centres at Lagganlia and Benmore.
The team took the decision to bring outdoor activities to the city, and provide a taste of the full residential experience in one extended day out.
Pupils took part in a variety of activities such as hillwalking in the nearby Pentland hills, archery, and a climbing wall and low ropes course.
This was followed by an al fresco hot meal, games, and a camp fire in the evening.
