Well, you might fit the bill for the role of headteacher at Sanderson's Wynd Primary School in East Lothian - assuming recruiters go by the criteria set by the pupils there.
They've created a video appeal to try and fill the vacancy.
The previous headteacher retired after 17 years of service.
The parents have also made a video.
Unsurprisingly their criteria is quite different!
