Two to appear in court following drugs find worth an estimated £80,000

A man and a woman are set to appear in court on drugs charges.

It follows a joint policing operation last month in Londonderry between the PSNI and Merseyside Police.

The drugs offences were discovered in the Ebrington Square area of the city centre on Friday, April 11th.

The operation uncovered suspected Class A and B drugs with an estimated street value of £80,000.

The 26-year old woman and 25-year old man are set to appear in Londonderry Magistrates' Court tomorrow morning.
