Tributes to Teenage Fundraiser Jak Trueman

A teenage cancer sufferer from Livingston who raised tens of thousands of pounds for research into the disease has died.

A teenage cancer sufferer from Livingston who raised tens of thousands of pounds for research into the disease has died. Jak Trueman had been suffering from the rare and aggressive form of cancer Gammadelta Tcell lymphoma which was diagnosed in August 2014. His family set up a JustGiving page to raise money for research into leukaemia and lymphoma with the total approaching £50,000 (corr Tues morn). The teenager's mother broke the news of his death on the Facebook page Jak's Journey on Monday.
