Woman awakes to find naked man next to her on early train

The service was travelling between Polmont and Edinburgh Waverly

British Transport Police are on the hunt for a suspect after a woman woke up on her early morning train to find a man sitting naked next to her.

The incident happened on a service between Polmont and Edinburgh Waverly last Thursday (April 20) morning around 7:21am.

The female passenger fell asleep, and when she woke up she found the man, described as white, with a medium to slim build aged between 65 and 70, sitting naked next to her.

He later put on jogging bottoms and a t-shirt before leaving the train at Edinburgh Waverley.

The suspect is also described as 5ft 6 inches with short grey hair and a stubbly beard. He was wearing black joggers, a black t-shirt and black walking boots.
