A young driver has died in hospital three days after a collision involving a car and an HGV near Linlithgow.
The 21-year-old was critically injured in the crash on the A904 on Tuesday.
Two female passengers aged 20 and 21 died at the scene and a third, aged 22, remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Police are investigating after the silver Mini Cooper and white Scania Articulated HGV collided at the junction with the A803, known locally as the Champany Junction, at around 3.40pm.
Inspector Andrew Thomson said: "A third person has now tragically lost their life and our thoughts remain with the family and friends of all those involved at this very difficult time."
