Teenager Charged Over Claims Car Was Driven At Man In Livingston

A teenager has been arrested in connection with allegations that a car was driven at a man in Livingston.

The incident happened at around 4pm on Saturday when a 45-year-old was forced to jump out of the way of the vehicle on the A71 between the Newpark and Wilderness roundabouts.

Police Scotland said an 18-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences under the Road Traffic Act.

He was expected to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court today (Fri).
