Stirling Scottish Marathon pushed back again

Organisers blame ongoing uncertainty about the end of lockdown & travel restrictions.

2017: Runners set off on the first ever Stirling Marathon starting from Blair Drummond Safari Park, on a route which takes the 6500 runners via Dunblane and the Bridge of Allan, before finishing at Stirling Castle.

The Stirling Scottish Marathon - which was due to be held in May - has been pushed back to October.

Organisers says it's frustrating and disappointing but they have no choice due to the on-going uncertainty about the end of lockdown and travel restrictions.
