Hearts have announced six players have left Tynecastle following the end of their contracts.

Spanish midfielder Miguel Pallardo leaves after spending two years at the club, while Polish defender Blazej Augustyn exits following a year in Gorgie.

They are also joined on the departures list by keeper Neil Alexander, whose release was announced last week.

Meanwhile, under-20s players Jahmal Howlett-Mundle, Sean McKirdy and Liam Henderson have also left the club.

A spokesman for the Jambos said: Everyone at Hearts would like to thank them all for their efforts and wish them well in the future.''
