A man's been taken to hospital after he was seriously assaulted in Broxburn

The 27 year old was attacked on West Main Street around 7.30pm last night

Police in Broxburn are appealing for information following a serious assault in the town.

It happened around 7.30pm on Saturday, 13 May, 2023 on West Main Street.

A 27-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.

Detective Sergeant Keith Sinclair said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone with information to get in touch.

“We are also keen to speak with anyone who witnessed this assault or has dash-cam footage that may assist us.”
